My career has taken me from law and financial services to philanthropy. My approach is clear: listen, collaborate, prioritize and solve problems, and build an environment where people are empowered to do their best work, even during pivotal or uncertain times. 

As a leader, I focus on developing people, fostering accountability without fear, and creating teams that outperform because they share ownership over the mission.
